POSITIONEating Disorder Dietitian
IN THE OFFICEI believe food should be one of the good parts of life, not the hardest, which is why I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders and disordered eating. I’ve spent my career helping people untangle the complicated relationship between food, body, and self at multiple levels of eating disorder care – and I’d be honored to help you do the same.
My approach to nutrition is weight-inclusive, non-diet, and layered with compassion and nuance. I believe in challenging you when you're ready to be challenged, and meeting you where you are when you're not — sustainable recovery doesn't happen on anyone else's timeline but yours.
I'm also passionate about incorporating faith into ED recovery for clients who resonate with it, and dismantling the nutrition myths that diet culture has convinced most of us are just facts.
OUT OF THE OFFICE
When I’m not in sessions, you can find me…
- Spending time with my daughter and husband
- Playing video games or hitting the gym
- Covered in flour, baking something that makes my entire house smell edible
- Watching reality TV completely unironically
- Wrangling our two Rhodesian Ridgebacks
