POSITIONEating Disorder Therapist
IN THE OFFICEI specialize in working with children (as young as 6 years-old), adolescents, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and self-esteem. As a trauma-informed therapist, creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, and validated is one of my highest priorities. I believe therapy is not a one‑size‑fits‑all experience, so I tailor my work to each client’s unique needs, drawing from evidence‑based practices such as CBT, ACT, DBT, FBT, and humanistic approaches to foster self‑awareness, healing, growth, and lasting change.
As a bilingual therapist, I am committed to providing culturally responsive care and creating a space where clients feel respected, empowered, and genuinely seen.
OUT OF THE OFFICEWhen I’m not in the office, you can find me…
- Escaping into fantasy worlds and historical fiction through books and audiobooks
- Spending Sunday afternoons playing outdoor soccer with my co-ed team
- Spending quality time with family and friends
- Trying new cooking and baking recipes for my family to taste-test
- Watching true crime documentaries while curled up with one of my three cats (Millie, Banjo, or Blue)
